They insist they're just 'really good friends'.
But to the discerning eye, George Lineker and Sophie Reade were hardly acting like innocent pals as they made every effort to avoid being pictured together last night.
And if 18-year-old George's 'Luck Be A Lady' belt is anything to go by, then the 'pickins' could be 'lush', to quote a line from the famous Frank Sinatra song
The pair went to the premiere of The Infidel, written by David Baddiel and starring Matt Lucas, where Big Brother winner Sophie, 20, happily posed alone on the red carpet in a revealing pink dress and killer black heels.
She was pictured leaving the Hammersmith Apollo in London later on with George, the son of football pundit Gary Lineker, who looked particularly edgy as photographers snapped away.
George bowed his head in a vain attempt to avoid being snapped with Reade as they made their way to his car.

As he got inside he ducked down, laying his head on the steering wheel, before realising he needed to surface again to actually drive the motor.
The pair have been spotted on several nights out in London, previously enjoying an evening on the tiles last week following a Walkers Crisps launch party, the brand his father has represented since 1994.
After a few hours in Orchid, the couple and their friends decided to move on to Mahiki a few streets away - where George celebrated his 18th birthday party five months ago.

On her Twitter page three weeks ago, Sophie wrote: 'Excited about partying in London town tonight with Miss Stephanie Louise and Mr George Lineker!! Woohoo.'
Sophie has been single since ending her romance with Big Brother housemate Kris Donnelly last summer.
Since winning the show, Sophie has returned to her glamour modelling career and recently appeared on 'makeunder' TV show Snog, Marry, Avoid.
She is currently training for the London Marathon next month on behalf of the Children's Trust and in memory of her sister Rachel, who tragically died of meningitis when she was five.
A spokesperson insists the are not romantically linked, telling the MailOnline last week: 'They're just really good friends. They've known each other for a couple of years and are very close.'
