It's not an unusual sight to see Amy Winehouse take a tumble while out in London.
But, in a role reversal yesterday, the singer was seen helping goddaughter Dionne Bromfield after the 14-year-old singer ended up on the ground when she tripped up a curb.
Amy looked horrified as Dionne fell on the concrete pavement, and tried to help her up after the unfortunate accident.

But the experience of falling over in front of a group of waiting paparazzi must have scarred Dionne, as she was seen tearfully hugging her godmother when they went to a pub later in the day.
Amy is fiercely protective of her goddaughter, having signed Dionne to her own record label Lioness Records last September.
After a string of public appearances to promote the release of her first single Mama Said, Dionne appeared to have disappeared off the radar.

But the young star has simply been working on new material and is still causing a stir in the music industry.
After performing at a VIP party for Marie Claire magazine, in front of guests including the Prime Minister's wife Sarah Brown and Ashes To Ashes star Keeley Hawes, Dionne said she was undaunted by the prospect, adding: 'I just see them as normal people, really.'
It was recently claimed Amy will be mentoring Dionne in a new BBC3 show focusing on adult stars and their young proteges.

The series, which is as-yet-untitled, will see the 26-year-old singer give her goddaughter tips on how to succeed in the music industry.
It was business as usual later in the day for Amy as she and Dionne were spotted enjoying the warm weather in a London pub.

While Amy looked as though she was having fun spending time with her goddaughter, she also caught up with a mystery male friend.
The singer, who is said to have rekindled her relationship with ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil, kissed the friend on the cheek as she greeted him.
