Courteney Cox's toned figure proves she is no stranger to exercising.
And the 45-year-old actress displayed her multitasking skills as she rode a bike on the set of her hit US comedy show Cougar Town in Los Angeles yesterday.
The mother-of-one, who plays a newly-single 40-year-old looking for love in the series, looked relaxed and happy in a red sundress and pink tracksuit combination while shooting for the season season of the show.
While some doubted Courteney's future in the TV world after she left US sitcom Friends, the success of Cougar Town has helped proved her critics wrong.
The cast, currently shooting the second season of the show, even believe it has the potential to emulate the popularity of creator Bill Lawrence's previous show Scrubs.
Christa Miller, who starred in Scrubs and plays Courteney's character's best friend in Cougar Town said: 'I read it and don't think it's just doing one pilot - I think it could go for eight years.
'When this script came up I was so happy that Courteney asked me to play her best friend on the show.'

Christa added the success of the show is largely down to Courteney, whose portrayal of neurotic but lovable Jools has received rave reviews.
She said: 'Courteney is goofy and silly in real life, I mean she definitely has a goofy sense of humour and is clumsy and goofy. I think Bill is writing for her more what she's really like in real life.
'Her character on Friends was so incredibly popular and you see her and think that's the person, when she's not really at all like that.'

Courteney stars alongside Christa, former Dawson's Creek star Busy Philipps and Brian Van Holt as her character's ex-husband Bobby Cobb.
But it seems things may not be rosy between Jules and her ex-husband, as Courteney was seen burying her former spouse in the sand as they shot scenes.
The actress also appeared to be showing off her musical talents, as she sang and played a guitar for one scene.
