Looking the part: Alice Eve at the premiere of her new film, She's Out Of My League, at the Planet Hollywood hotel last night in Las Vegas
British actress Alice Eve was determined to make the most of her big breakthrough moment last night at the premiere for heavily hyped film She's Out Of My League.
It is being touted as the next Something About Mary and the 28-year-old chose a low-cut pink dress to show off the figure that wins her so many admirers in the movie.
Luckily for Alice, daughter of Waking The Dead star Trevor, the strapless ensemble just about held up as she tottered around in a pair of ill-fitting heels.
She cosied up alongside her co-star Jay Baruchel outside the Planet Hollywood hotel in Las Vegas planting a kiss on his cheek.
In the film Alice plays Molly, a beautiful events planner who has a chance encounter with geeky airport security guard Kirk (Baruchel).
Kirk is smitten by Molly, but his friends point out to him that he doesn't have a chance, because he is only rated as a '5' and Molly is definitely a '10'.
However, Molly has something else in mind, because she has found that Kirk is sweet, amusing, honest, and different from the men she has been dating.
The film, directed by Jim Field Smith, gets its release in the UK tomorrow (March 12) and advance reviews suggest it may be the comedy of the year.

Her shoes looked too big for her feet
It has received mixed to good reviews from critics. At a preview screening in Sydney last September, The Australian said 'it had the audience in stitches and possesses the kind of big comic scenes seen in There's Something About Mary'.
Up-and-coming Canadian star Baruchel, 27, shrugged off being offered the part of an average-looking guy.
He told the Los Angeles times: 'It was a weird mixed blessing when I got the offer: "Thank you for giving me the job... but that's what you think of me?"
On-screen chemistry: Alice plays events planner Molly while Jay takes on the role of an airport security guard who falls for her
'Whatever semblance of vanity or narcissism, or even dignity, I had, I had to throw it to the wayside,' he joked.
Alice is also set to star the the hotly anticipated Sex And The City 2 movie, scheduled for release in May.
She plays Charlotte's nanny in the film, but has confessed she is worried about letting slip about any secret plot details.
She told In Touch magazine: 'I'm worried that I might say the wrong thing, and it'll all come gushing out, so I've erased it from my mind so I can avoid telling people the entire plot.'
