Shakira steals the show as she joins Alicia Keys and Usher on stage at basketball game

She Wolf: Singer Shakira performs during the NBA All-Star Game at the Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas

The fans might have been there to watch the basketball, but pop star Shakira certainly gave them something else to think about.

The singer stole the show at the high-profile NBA All-Star game in Dallas yesterday.

Shaking her hips in a plunging, low-cut leotard, teamed with sparkling furry gilet, the Colombian sexpot soon had the crowd on their feet.

After emerging onstage in a cage, the 33-year-old performed She Wolf and Giving It Up For Me.

She was followed by singer Alicia Keys, who was fresh in from Rio where she has been shooting a video with Beyonce.

Keys performed a ten-minute set, including her songs Try Sleeping With A Broken Heart, Empire State Of Mind and No One.

RnB star Usher had earlier kick off the show with a performance of his new single More and his hit Yeah!

The game saw the Eastern Conference triumph, defeating the West 141-139 in front of a record crowd.

Among those enjoying the match was California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, his wife Maria Shriver and two of their four children.

From his front row seat, Arnie tucked into a bowl of nachos as he watched the action.

Jay-Z and P Diddy also enjoyed the game, accompanied by Diddy's 11-year-old son Christian Combs.

Jay-Z is to headline the Wireless music festival in Hyde Park on July 4, supported by acts including Pink, The Ting Tings, Gossip and The Temper Trap
