The couple were spotted leaving the ITV studios together as speculation grows they will renew their wedding vows in a ceremony this week.
The sighting puts to rest rumours that the glamour model was getting cold feet ahead of the ceremony and needed ‘time to herself’.
The mother-of-three was dressed down in a canary-yellow tracksuit and Ugg boots She and her cage fighting husband first tied the knot in Las Vegas four months ago.
They have said the second ceremony will be a chance for their friends and family to see them exchanging their vows.
The event will also be captured on camera in all its glory for an ITV show.
Katie & Alex: For Better For Worse, will be shown as a three-part special on ITV2.
The show will follow the couple during preparations for their summer wedding bash, the blessing itself and their honeymoon.
The pair’s visit to ITV yesterday comes as it was announced Katie is set to quit the channel after a signing a new exclusive deal with the Living TV channels.
Her hit fly-on-the-wall shows have been a mainstay of ITV2 for several years.
But her firm, Pricey Media, has now struck a deal with Virgin Media Television, making it the broadcaster's biggest independent supplier, when her ITV contract runs out in November.
Centrepiece of her programmes will be an observational series for Living which will pick up from ITV2's What Katie Did Next, due to air next year.
And there will be a new six-part ‘factual entertainment" series fronted by Price, as well as pilot shows for Living and Bravo to be created by the production company.
Reports suggest the two-year deal is worth £10million.
Meanwhile Katie's daughter with Peter Andre celebrated her third birthday today at Katie and Alex's new home.
