Paris holiday: But even in the city of love, Renee Zellweger keeps up her gruelling exercise routine


She may be in the world's most romantic city, but nothing stops Renee Zellweger from fulfilling her exercise routine.

Rather than visiting the designer boutiques, relaxing in a cafe or trying some French cuisine, she spent her spare time on an energetic run through the streets.

Racing past the Eiffel tour, avoiding the sight-seers and then past the flowers in a scenic park, Renee certainly worked up a sweat.

Dressed in shorts and a sports bra, with a North face sweater and trainers, Renee could have been anywhere in the world.

The 41-year-old travelled to the city of love with actor boyfriend Bradley Cooper, 35, who was there to promote his new film the A-Team.

The two flew out together, meeting up with Kate Hudson and her new boyfriend Matthew Bellamy for dinner yesterday.

The two couples hadn't planned the double date, but on noticing each other in L'Ami Louis they decided to combine their tables, reports People magazine.

At one point Kate and Renee left the table for a chat in the corner, according to onlookers.

But today Renee was left to entertain herself as Bradley was busy on promotional duty with his co-stars Jessica Biel , Liam Neeson and Quinton 'Rampage' Jackson.

While Renee accompanied Bradley, Jessica travelled alone.

Her solo trip follows fresh rumours that she and long-term boyfriend Justin Timberlake are having relationship troubles.
