Ready for anything: Katie Price and Alex Reid wore helmets and goggles for their day out riding dune buggies in the Nevada desert


They only have a few days 'honeymoon' before going their separate ways for work.

So while many newlyweds lock themselves away in their hotel suite or enjoy romantic walks on the beach, Katie Price and Alex Reid sought adventure.

The couple, who married just four days ago, went dune buggy racing in the Nevada desert yesterday.

Price covered up in a white helmet with pink goggles while her husband opted for a blue helmet.

After riding with four others in one vehicle for their first drive, the newlyweds treated themselves to a buggy ride for two.

Price looked nervous during the first ride, huddling close to a friend. But she soon gained confidence and, perhaps in an indication of her attitude to married life, was firmly in charge of the wheel when she and Reid shared a buggy for two.

Of course the whole activity was filmed for Price's ITV2 reality show.

Meanwhile, the newlyweds are said to have already started 'bickering'.

As reports of grumpy behaviour emerged, Price was photographed holding hands with her new husband as they headed to dinner to the Koi restaurant at the Planet Hollywood Hotel, where they have been staying this week.

In a tiny black dress and thigh-high leather boots, Price, 31, hardly looked the blushing bride as she strutted through the casino next to her muscle-bound husband

With separate TV commitments due to keep them apart in the imminent future, tensions have apparently been high, with rows about their plans.

'Katie has been very difficult to manage,' a source told The Sun. 'She has been walking around with a face like thunder a lot of the time.

'She and Alex are also bickering over where to go when they leave Vegas at the end of the week.
'Poor Alex is getting it in the neck already.'
