Katie looked uncharacteristically camera shy as she walked along the London street with her head down, and Alex's face showed the strain as they couple's desperation to have a baby together begins to show.
Katie has made no secret of the fact that she wanted to be 'Reidinated' - get pregnant - as soon as possible, and is privately said to be 'mortified' that it is taking so long.
The mother-of-three children, Harvey, eight, Junior, four, and Princess, two, is she is taking all steps necessary to enhance her chances.
On a recent trip to her regular cosmetic surgery clinic, Katie decided against more treatment.
Katie has imposed the botox ban after being advised it may affect her chances of conceiving.
'Katie was gutted but she didn't want to take any chances.
'She was the one who asked whether it was safe to have the injections when pregnant. When the doctor said it wasn't advisable Katie said, "No way".'
Baby hunger: The couple have made no secret of the fact that they want to have a child togetherAnd one magazine report claimed she is looking into fertility treatment to increase her chances.
A source told Closer magazine: 'Alex is constantly saying it's not him who's firing blanks and she's been given a clear bill of health from her doctor - but she still wants these drugs to get things moving.
'She's the first to admit she hates the physical side of pregnancy, but she loves the attention it brings.'
The couple are also rowing about arrangements for their second wedding celebration. Jordan has infuriated Alex by slashing costs for their summer blessing.
They had been planning a lavish party to make up for the fact that they eloped to Las Vegas in secret in February. But sources say she's cancelled the sit-down dinner in favour of a buffet which will be knocked up by a friend of her mother's.
The source told Closer: She knows she's rushed into marrying Alex and when she's being honest with herself she doubts it's going to last forever.
'She's always been money conscious so doesn't want to shell out a huge amount on a party for a marriage that probably won't last.'
Meanwhile Katie will launch her own range of baby clothes at the Baby Show at Birminghams NEC next Friday.
The 31-year-old glamour model - who already has a range of equestrian clothes, perfumes, bed linen and underwear - is to launch an infants range in an effort to re-brand herself after a year of bad publicity following her split from ex-husband Peter Andre.
